Designed for the small to medium sized and growing organizations. 

Program Details:

• Minimum of 10 pieces of equipment (no maximum)
• The number of service calls is equal to the number of pieces of equipment on the Annual Limited Call Service Agreement
• Additional service calls that exceed the number agreed upon will be quoted and billed at a flat rate per call.
• Response time will either be up to 4 business hours or up to 8 business hours from the time a service call is placed; dependant upon the the agreement signed.
